Shipment Policy

Orders are generally shipped via Air Parcel, Air Mail, DHL, UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS. We make shipments world wide We guarantee delivery. Delivery will generally arrive approximately 3 – 21 days after payment has been received.

Refund Policy

In ordering our unique products all customers agrees to the following terms.
We guarantee all GearPick products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alterations.

We do have a refund policy with a 15% restock fee. Customer pays for return shipping. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must let us know in writing within 7 days after the receipt of the product that you would like to return the product.

Return Shipping

It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service. GearPick will not be responsible for any lost return shipments.

All returns must be approved and a return code must be issued to the customer by GearPick before any products are returned for exchange.

The customer must put the return code on the package and send the package back within 10 days after receiving the return code. Pack the item well with bubble wrap. Do not use plastic bags as cushion.

For certain exchange items, size, shape and color may vary.
